Riva is the steady force and compassionate leader of my team, bringing a mix of emotional intelligence, organization, and unwavering support that shapes everything I do. She keeps our home running with the precision of a true operations expert, managing a thousand moving parts while making sure everyone feels cared for, understood, and grounded.

Her strengths go far beyond keeping things organized—Riva leads with empathy, humor, and insight. She knows how to turn challenges into teachable moments and everyday moments into memories. Riva is the person who shows up first, stays the longest, and makes sure everyone feels seen and valued.

Most importantly, Riva is the best mom ever. She’s loving, funny, thoughtful, and always there when we need her. She’s my biggest supporter in everything I take on, and her belief in me gives me confidence every single day. Having her as a guiding voice on my personal team is one of the greatest gifts in my life.

Chaim — Strategic Advisor & Mentor

Chaim brings both exceptional professional expertise and unwavering personal guidance to my team. He began his real estate career while attending Brooklyn College, quickly distinguishing himself through his entrepreneurial drive by becoming one of the most prolific dealmakers at Hunter Realty in the iconic Lincoln Building. Over the years, he has built a reputation for sharp underwriting, disciplined acquisitions, fueled by a deep understanding of real estate strategy.

As the founder of Forte Capital Management, Chaim has sourced, financed, acquired, and repositioned assets, contributing to more than $500MM in transactional volume. His firm invests its own equity alongside investors, reflecting his belief in investor accountability by “having skin in the game.”

Beyond his accomplishments, Chaim is the best dad I could ask for. No matter how busy he is, he always makes time for us. He teaches me important lessons about life, leads by example, and works tirelessly to support our family. I look up to him more than anyone, and having him as a mentor on my personal team is an honor beyond measure.

Ava – 13 years old

Ava is my amazing sister. She’s creative, kind, precocious and always has good advice. I love how we can talk about anything. Ava always makes me laugh when I’m having a bad day. She’s like my built-in best friend.
Alissa – 7 years old

Alissa is another amazing sister. She’s full of energy, always smiling, and loves to share her happiness with everyone around her. She has such a big heart and a robust imagination. Alissa reminds me what it’s like to see the world with unbridled joy.
Aiden – 3 years old

Aiden is such an unbelievable sibling. He’s my little brother, and he brings so much fun and laughter into our house. Even though he’s small, he has a big personality and loves to copy everything we do. I can’t imagine our family without Aiden.
